Director
Alex is a local director, he heads the Trust and Corporate functions and acts as the Money Laundering and Reporting Officer within Capricorn Trustees Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Management and Economics from Rhodes University, South Africa, and has a Bachelor of Honours degree in Financial Management from the same university.
Alex has a decade of experience in corporate, trusts and foundations advisory and administration services, compliance, governance and prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism regulations for Maltese and British Virgin Islands entities. He is also involved in ensuring the Company and clients are compliant with Malta and foreign regulations. Alex has been involved with the Company during 2014-2017 and re-joined in 2022 after working with Maltese and International corporate and trust service providers.
